VINNIE CRAVEN / PENNSYLVANIA

Vinnie has a side business where he photographs school sports teams under the moniker, ‘Game Day‘.  He outputs prints that are 10″h x 30″w and needed a portfolio to show the work.  What I decided was the best approach was to use 2-ply black matte board to create the hinged pages/substrate where the images would be mounted.  I used over-sized archival mounting corners on each page so the prints could be removed and easily.  Needless to say, this was an impressive huge book!  We decided to inset the ‘Game Day’ logo inside the front cover.  Vinnie was a vibrant, blast to work with.  The cover design for me references a school yearbook.
